We select the best cereals for quality flours.
We are committed to the quality of the cereals we use and adhere to the highest food safety standards, combining the expertise of several generations of millers with the latest milling technology.
We believe that the excellence of raw materials is at the heart of any truly distinctive, superior-quality product. For this reason, we source only the best cereals, working exclusively with wheat batches from national suppliers or from Europe (France, England, Germany, and Poland), the United States, and Canada.
Upon arrival, all cereals undergo rigorous quality control. Each batch is processed to meet established specifications, whether internal or client-defined.
